What is Summer Shape?
Summer Shape Up is a free 6 week fitness challenge starting on July 10.
Over the 6 weeks we will have fast daily workouts (about 30 minutes a day) and follow the Shape Up Nutrition Plan to lose weight, tone our body and have fun doing it!

How do I get my workouts?
You will find your daily workouts in our app, MOVE. If you are new to MOVE, you can get one month FREE to help you get started with the challenge and make sure it’s for you!
Each day you’ll have the “Daily 10” to warm up, your main workout “Sweat Sesh” and a bonus move to target specific areas of your body like your abs, butt and thighs.
What else should I know?
Throughout the challenge, we’ll be posting new workout videos and recipes, as well as weekly giveaways and LIVES on @lovesweatfitness And @teamlsf so be sure to follow!
We also have a private SSU Facebook group JUST for female challenge participants to help you connect with other women in the Teamlsf community!
Take “before” photos
You’ll need to take photos before you’re eligible to win the grand prize at the end! We know it can be difficult, but remember…it’s the start of an amazing new journey for you!
Hold a sign that reads “SSU23” so we can verify that this is indeed a before photo for this challenge!
