Cocoa Nut Protein Balls
You will fall for these protein balls! I love them as a post-workout snack or after-dinner treat! Once you try them, you will want more, trust me! My other favorite protein ball recipe can be found in the Guilt-Free Nutrition and Recipes E-Book!
You won’t even be able to tell you’re eating such a healthy snack because they’re just SO good! These little protein balls are packed with 4 scoops of my LSF Vegetable Protein and I know you’re going to be as obsessed with them as I am!
Cocoa Nut Protein Balls Ingredients
makes approx. 24 balls
- 3 cups pitted Medjool dates
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
Instructions
1. Add almonds to a food processor and blend until more like a flour texture. He can be rude.
2. Add dates and water, cocoa and protein powder and mix until well blended.
3. Add chocolate chips and press pulse repeatedly to combine.
4. Use a spatula to remove the mixture from the food processor into a bowl. Then use your hands to roll even spoonfuls into small balls.
5. Pour the coconut flakes into a large plate or bowl and gently roll the balls to cover the flakes.
6. Store in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.
