INGREDIENTS:
- Water
- Fresh or dried rosemary, or rosemary essential oil
- Sage leaves, marshmallow root, peppermint, lavender (optional)
Instructions:
Step 1:
Simply boil four to five cups of water and add three to four sprigs of fresh rosemary to the water. If you don’t have fresh rosemary on hand, 10-15 drops of rosemary essential oil or a few tablespoons of organic dried rosemary.
2nd step:
Leave to infuse for 10 to 15 minutes, then sift the leaves. It should be dark brown in color when fully soaked. You may notice an oil film on the surface, i.e. rosemary oil rising to the surface.
